Last updated: 4 February 2026
At Trixalor we handle your personal data with transparency, minimisation and security. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit trixalor.com, the purposes for which we process it, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise over it, within the framework of Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the updates enacted in 2025.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Trixalor S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71824903-4, with a registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You can contact us on privacy matters by writing to hola@trixalor.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message you send. In addition, we collect limited technical data, such as the type of device, preferred language and anonymous browsing data when you grant your consent to analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use the data exclusively to answer enquiries related to our real estate crowdlending projects, to send requested information and to improve the overall experience of the site. We do not carry out automated decisions or profiling with legal relevance about users.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, informed and express consent when you submit the form or accept specific categories of cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.
5. Retention
Contact data is kept for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last interaction. Technical data linked to analytics and advertising cookies is kept according to the terms indicated in the Cookie policy.
6. Recipients and transfers
We may share data with providers who offer us infrastructure, transactional email, analytics and digital advertising services, and who are contractually bound to protect the information. When this involves transfers outside Argentina, we apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. User rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition by contacting us at hola@trixalor.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública if you believe your rights have not been respected.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs and periodic reviews of providers. No system is infallible, so please let us know quickly if you detect any misuse of your account or your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. We will always publish the date of the last update and, when the change is substantial, we will inform you by email or on the site itself.
