1. Purpose of the site
The site offers general information about the real estate crowdlending model promoted by Trixalor in Argentina. The published content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer of securities, nor financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.
2. Permitted use
You may consult, print or share the content for personal and non-commercial purposes, respecting intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to try to access non-public parts of the site, interfere with its operation or extract data in an automated way without prior authorisation.

4. Investment risk
Any participation in real estate projects involves risks. Historical returns do not guarantee future results and timelines and conditions may be affected by economic, technical or regulatory factors. We recommend that you read the specific documentation for each development carefully before investing.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, trademarks and other content published on the site are owned by Trixalor S.A.S. or by third parties who have authorised their use. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

The site may contain links to other sites operated by third parties. We do not control their content or their privacy practices, so their use is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the user.
7. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Within the limits set out by law, Trixalor will not be responsible for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms to adapt to legal, operational or technical changes. The version in force will be the one published on the site with its corresponding update date.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the commercial jurisdiction located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
